How they can do so many things, like help us lose weight, help us get great skin, help us fight against diabetes, help us with our digestion. Heck, there are some that are even proven to help us beat cancer!
And what’s good about it is these claims are all true.
In the wellness world, superfoods are a staple in practically every meal. People use them in smoothies, in different types of food, in main meals, in desserts. If you’re still a little skeptical about them, here are some superfood examples that will guarantee a positive change in your life.

Blueberries
Adding blueberries to your daily diets will be most beneficial. Most berries, especially blueberries, are known for packing in loads of antioxidants. Aside from that, they also boast of essential vitamins, minerals, plant compounds, fiber, healthy fat, and healthy carbohydrates. They also have a low calorie count.
So what are the benefits blueberries are known for? There’s plenty.
